About the event

This workshop is for the intermediate photographer who wants to learn more about studio lighting and off camera flash. It will be best to show up comfortable photographing in manual mode so you can get the most benefit from the topics discussed. 

In this workshop you will learn how to make your portrait tell a story and how to create depth using off camera flash. This concept can be applied to outdoor photography and weddings, so sign up even if you don't have your own studio space! We will discuss lighting patterns,  proper exposure, the inverse square law, the purpose of different modifiers, and the science of light!
